A new hair-cut

I know I know I spend more time than anyone posting pictures on my journal, but here is my photo-story of how I got rid off my dreds.



I had these lovely dreds.


But the time had come to cut them off.



Don't they look nasty when not attached to a head???



The long and painful prosess of unwinding my hair starts.



Look at us nifty unwinders.



I'm officially unwinded and the horrid period of afro-hair ensues.



I save the world from my "I wish it was still 1984"-look by taking a shower...



...and promptly end up in the 70ies. I look like an early beatles reject.



Luckily there was professional help to be had the next day (even though I had to walk through most of Oslo whilst people pointedly did not look at me). Thus I was human again:



And that was the tale of how I lost my dreds and gained a funky hair color.

The second to last picture looks pretty darn good if you ask me. That last one is good too, but I think the "1970s" one frames your face better.
