So, I'll be leaving San Francisco tomorrow. I've wandered around it extremely much, taken an impressive amount of picutres of both the city and redwood, and done lots of cool stuff. I've been at Pier 39, at Coit tower, taken the cable cars, been to chinatown and walked through the entire financial district, North beach and the Castro (of course).

And now, I've leased a car from [livejournal.com profile] badgerbag's friend Lee. Which is awesome! So I'm now going to actually be able to drive around in the US! *so pleased* It's a Honda, and pretty, and silver, and it's an automatic (which I will hopefully learn to use) and very comfortable. I will show you pictures. I've already managed to get lost on the highway once in it, but I'll buy myself a map tomorrow before going off on my great driving adventure! This is going to be so great.

Is it in fact going to be legendary?
I'll have to drive an automatic myself in just a few days; my grandmother needs a driver back home from Larvik, and I'm it. I fear it will be a challenge, remembering not to use the clutch all the time...

Oh, and remember to stay on the highway. I just saw "The hills have eyes" and I'm convinced it's based on a true story.

I think it might just be legendary yes. :)

Oh, I'll try to stay on the highway. Definitely...

My left leg keeps twitching when I drive this automatic. It is hell...
