Did I mention that the air conditioning at my work has stopped functioning and won't come back on for another two weeks? Meanwhile I'm sitting here in the blistering heat, dreaming of being able to either get completely naked in the hope that that would cool me down, or be able to go outside where I'd at least feel the mild breeze I've failed to lure into my office. It's suddenly summer, and I'm dying from heat.

Psah. My job doesn't have air conditioning.

I'm like so much more hardcore.

Oh really? At least you have a poorly functioning fan-thingie...I have a window that (due to safety regulation) opens 5cm and a sun screen that shuts out all light and view from my office, making it seem like I'm working in a place with no windows (that is still hot and sunny).

I'm outside. No air-con.

And I am like 31% interesting. Like waaay more than you. :P

Just out of curiosity, how hot does it get over there in Norwegia? Yesterday, it was 93F (34C) here in north Texas.

Phew, that's even hotter than in here. Apparently, it's 26 C outside right now. In here, it feels like a hundred!

It could end up at around 30C in Norway in summertime, but usually not much more than that...I know, it sounds nice, and it is, but not without airconditioning.

It's still early summer. It regularly gets to the 110s (43C) and in July or August, it's not uncommon to see a few 120 (49) degree days.

At least everybody else at work is undressing too. I get to see more of my boss than I ever thought I would... ;)
