I felt like crap yesterday. I had been up til 5 a.m. and had slept barely 4 hours cause I was going to my physioterapist. While I waited for the tram, wearing whatever I could find on my bedroom floor in the dark that morning, this really suave guy came walking down the road like he owned it. You know the kind of guy that knows he's hot and acts like he owns the world. Usually I hate those guys, but this one was actually really hot. A well dressed black smoker with perfect hair and a really stylish jacket. I felt twice as bad in comparason. But when I went into the almost empty tram, the guy sat down right beside me, even though there were lots of empty seats. I of course got so perplexed that I stared pointedly out the window the entire time he sat there, so that he couldn't talk to me. Embarrassing, but true: I felt better about myself because he sat next to me. And then I got checked out by at least 5 more people just on the way home. I'm happy!

We've started playing a sorta "Fey dark ages" campaign using the "Dogs in the Vinyard"-system and it rocks! Not only the system (even though it really does) but the campaign. [livejournal.com profile] akselwestlund is the gm, and [livejournal.com profile] 45_hasle, [livejournal.com profile] mirazandar and I are the players. Our characters all get a bus ticket to Desmoines (we are in Iowa) and get goaded to go on the bus, but it drives us to the middle of nowhere and suddenly somebody have come and taken over our lives. They look sorta like us, not quite, but suddenly everyone think they're us. Our town's priest is not fooled however and he tells us that the town's priest once every twentieth year choose three children to trade with the people in the hills. We were chosen twenty years ago. So, it turns out, we're in fact not human at all, and the people taking our lives are the ones who were meant to have them. Not that I'll believe that for a second. It's my life and I'll take it back nomatter what. Even though I've screwed everything royally up, I don't want somebody else to come in and take over, giving me three pairs of new panties and 200 dollars and expecting me to just go away. We're playing again on Monday. I can't wait! :)

I'm at work. There's loads of stuff to do that I don't feel like doing. It's raining outside and when I stepped outside to try and have a smoke, everyone was suddenly walking in couples. Two drug addicts in matching outfits, an elderly couple with matching rain coats were holding hands, a young glam rock couple hurried by. It looked like they'd bought a family sized box of peroxide for their hair and dyed it together. They were wearing exactly the same. It worries me that everywhere I go I see couples. It makes me feel alone even though I have the best boyfriend in the world. And the rain makes me sad and kinda wistful. But tonight we're going out, and I'm sure it'll work itself out. Most of my friends have become couples too, Eivind and Silje, Aksel and me. [livejournal.com profile] mirazandar invited Silje and Vegard, so that leaves her and Erik as the single ones. Oh, and [livejournal.com profile] aj_stalin might not bring her boyfriend even though she's got one. The world have turned weird. I don't wanna buy matching rain coats.

Sorry for spamming you all...
