Questions for me, questions for you

mini_macphisto ages ago, and I've been putting off answering them till I got the time. Well, I give up, I'll never have the time, so I'm doing it today.
Comment on this post with something fun, and I'll give you 5 questions of your own!
1. How did you get into fanfiction?
I made excessive fun of it for about 2 years untilaj_stalin gave me Underwater Light by Maya. With great ironic distance I read it, and, well, it was awesome. After that I was hooked. Of course, starting out with that fanfic is like tasting the last bottle of the best champagne in the entire world first, and then having to drink alright sparkling white wine for the rest of your life. Underwater Light is the best hp fanfic I've ever read, and the best novel length fanfic I've ever read, and sad to say, nothing else has quite measured up, at least not in HP-world (misskatielees supernatural fics have gotten close though).
2. What are your five favourite songs?
Right now (this changes every day, but I love these songs):
The Pretender - Foo Fighters
Gimme Danger - Iggy Pop
Red Right Hand - Nick Cave
Broken Bicycles - Tom Waits
The Perfect Fit - Dresden Dolls
3. Would you rather have a crowd of people follow you around and
applaud what you do, or criticise it?
Applaud, definitely applaud. I'd love to have my own fan club. I actually tried to get my own followers once in high school, but I stopped after 17 people promised to worship me. They gave me chocolate as offerings, but I wouldn't mind some applause as well...
4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Moziers (tuslere) - slow walkers. People who mozy around on crowded streets. These are the same people who spend enormous amounts of time on just getting money from atm's. Hello people, you don't have that many choices: just decide how much money you're supposed to get before you go up to the blasted machine and let us all get on our way! I guess it's my hatred of standing in line that started this pet peeve, but seriously, do not take up all of the pavement when some of us actually want to get somewhere! Arg!
5. If you were a colour, what colour would you be and why?
I'd like to think I'd be bottle-green. It's a lovely color. In the world of color it's easy on the eyes, and I'd like to think that I'm pretty easygoing (she said, right after a rant), while stopping short of being so laid-back I get boring. Yeah, that's it, I guess.
