As you very well know, since I keep telling you, that Holmestrand has been a town for more than 250 years. I will also add that Holmestrand a town mentioned frequently in Aftenposten from 1948-52, both for it's aluminium factory, it's sports events and it's general niceness (oh, and once because of a pedophile).
